RAPID NeuroFascial Reset is the primary treatment approach offered at Haven for individuals experiencing pain, discomfort, tension, and movement restrictions.

RAPID is a neurologically based, active therapeutic technique that uses precise touch and guided movement. Sessions are individualized based on your goals, your body’s response, and how you are moving and feeling.

• TMJ and jaw discomfort

Family Wellness

Prenatal and postpartum massage therapy can be booked through our regular appointment options. Your session will be fully customized based on your individual health and wellness goals. To best support your body, you can choose massage therapy, RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, or a combination of both.

We also offer pediatric RAPID NeuroFascial Reset and infant massage therapy appointments to support the youngest members of your family.
