RAPID is a neurologically based, active therapeutic technique that works with the central nervous system and may help reduce tension, relieve pain, improve mobility, and support healthy movement. Each session is individualized and focused on your specific goals, as well as how your body is moving and responding.

A 45-minute Initial RAPID Assessment & Treatment appointment is recommended to allow time to discuss your concerns, complete an assessment, and begin individualized care.
